Aleksandra Mirosław - one of the most successful speed climbing athletes in the history of the discipline. She is a twice world champion and current world record holder. Her personal best time is 6.53s, gained in her run during the World Cup in Salt Lake City 2022.

Aleksandra became interested in speed climbing in 2007 after finishing her junior swimming career. In 2009, she won her first world title in junior speed climbing, and by 2012 she was a major force in the senior categories, setting European records and collecting World Cup titles and World and European Championship medals. In 2018, she won the world title in Innsbruck, Austria, defeating Poland’s Anna Brozek in the final, and defended her title in 2019 in Hachioji, Japan. Qualifying for her sport debut in Tokyo 2020. At Olympic final Ola first time broke the world record in speed climbing (6.84s), finishing 4th overall. Just less than a year later, she broke her own world record again at the World Cup in Seoul in May 2022 with a time of 6.64s to improve it a month later to 6.53s in Salt Lake City.
